Tortoise lifespan and elephant lifespan considered to be longest one but it is not true. The longest living animal on planet Earth is Turritopsis Nutricula Jellyfish. Let me list down few longest living animals in the world,

1. TURRITOPSIS NUTRICULA JELLYFISH

It is believed that it can live forever because it can regenerate its cells to their earliest form and grow anew when in danger. However, they dis not live forever because they are eaten by predators.

2. OCEAN QUAHOG ( ARCTICA ISLANDICA)

It is the second longest living animal on planet Earth. It can live upto 400 years. The age of Ocean Quahog can be decided by bands on its shell as annual marks from which its age can be determined.
